A private class where each session is specifically tailored for the individual to provide a complete workout with 1 on 1 attention to ensure you execute each exercise for maximum benefits.

A maximum of two clients working through a tailored session to suit specific needs and goals in improving strenght, posture, flexibility.

Small Group Classes

  • 1 Hour

  • Block of 10 prepaid classes £175/£17.50 per class

maximum of four clients working through a session that incorporates a series of core-based exercises that will improve posture, increase your flexibility and all over muscular strength.

Please note all new clients MUST complete an initial consult of 1.5 hours £60 

 

 The initial consult is to ascertain what you would like to achieve from Pilates classes and will include an assessment of your body mechanics. This involves understanding how you move and identifying any postural irregularities or muscular imbalances that may exist. I will also introduce you to how I typically run Pilates classes and we will talk through any adaptations that may be required to meet your needs. 

 

Whether you are a beginner or experienced in Pilates it is important that I have a thorough understanding of your medical history of past and present injuries, aches and pains, posture, gait and general movement patterns. 

 

I aim to ensure each client has a basic understanding of the movement principles of Pilates: Awareness, Balance, Breath, Concentration, Centre, Control, Efficiency, Flow, Precision and Harmony. These principles are what differentiates Pilates from many other forms of conditioning and make it a holistic mind body approach rather than just a physical process.
